Q3 2026 Giveaway

Win a Free Helical Pier Install

Upstate Structural Repair's Quarterly Giveaway

Every quarter, we give away one free repair to a homeowner in our service area. This quarter, it's a full helical pier installation, our most requested structural fix, worth up to $1,850 depending on scope.

No gimmicks. Here's exactly how it works.

How It Works

Three Steps, No Fine Print Games

1
Get a free estimate.

We come to your home, take a real look at what's going on, and tell you honestly whether a helical pier is the right fix. This step is required. We can't award a helical pier repair to a home that doesn't need one, so the estimate is how we scope the prize, not a sales pitch.

2
You're entered!

Once your estimate is done and your home qualifies, we'll confirm your entry on the spot and you'll be in the running.

3
Winner announced quarterly.

We pick a winner from confirmed, qualified entries at the end of the quarter and reach out directly.

If You Need the Repair Sooner

Foundation problems don't wait for a drawing, and neither should you. If you decide to move forward with your repair before the winner is announced, go ahead. If you're picked as the winner afterward, we'll credit the cost of your repair back to you.

Bonus Entry

Want better odds? Follow Upstate Structural Repair on Facebook/Instagram and share our giveaway post. That's a second entry, no estimate required for the bonus, just for the base entry.
