Why Here

What You Get From This Work

Learn a real trade

Piers, jacks, encapsulation, concrete lifting. This is skilled work that homeowners genuinely need, and the skills stay valuable your whole career.

Local work, home every night

Our jobs are in Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, and across the Upstate. No weeks on the road, no living out of a hotel.

Work that actually matters

You're the reason somebody's house stops sinking. Homeowners remember the crew that fixed the biggest investment they own, and you get to see the fix hold for years.

Small company, no games

Show up, work hard, and it gets noticed, because there's no giant org chart to disappear into. The people who run this company know every crew member's name.

We hire on work ethic, not paperwork.

Plenty of good workers have something in their past that makes other companies pass on them. That's not how it works here. If you show up, work hard, and can be counted on, you'll get a fair shot to prove yourself. People from every walk of life are welcome on our crews.

Foundation & Crawl Space Crew Member Full-time · Pay based on experience

Hands-on structural repair: crawl space encapsulation, support jacks, pier installation, and concrete leveling. You'll work in tight spaces under homes, lift heavy material, use power tools, and read a tape measure. You need reliable transportation (a driver's license is a plus) and the physical ability to do crawl space work. We drug test randomly, and we need people a small crew can count on. Experience helps but isn't required; we train people who show up ready to work.
