We stand behind our work and aim to be helpful, responsive, and fair in any warranty situation. While we cannot cover conditions outside of our control, we will always do our part to make sure your repairs are done right and your home is protected.

All warranties are attached to the work performed, not the homeowner. Warranties automatically transfer if the home is sold.

25-Year Warranty on:
  • Helical piers
  • Push piers
  • Beams
  • Other structural repairs

Exclusions: Environmental factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Erosion
  • Remodeling or altering the structure
  • Fire, storm, or flood damage
  • Soil movement or poor water drainage

15-Year Warranty on the seal of the crawl space.

Warranty covers the quality of the seal only, not humidity levels. Exclusions:
  • Lesser variations (e.g., vapor barrier + dehumidifier only) are not covered.
  • Flooding, plumbing leaks, or water intrusion that wets the seal voids coverage. The encapsulation is a vapor intrusion prevention; it cannot prevent a floor and does not drain well in the event of one. If you have a major wetting even please let us know so we can inspect and correct as needed.
  • Mold/fungus levels and Radon reduction are not covered.

Dehumidifiers are sized per the manufacturer’s specs. USR does not guarantee performance beyond proper installation.

5-Year Warranty against further settlement.

Exclusions:
  • Wear, weathering, or added structural loads
  • Environmental factors (erosion, fire, storm, flooding, soil movement, water/sewer leaks)

Warranty terms may vary depending on product and manufacturer recommendations.

1-year warranty, no visible growth guarantee.

Can be extended an additional year with a $350 inspection prior to the end of the 12-month period.

  • 3-year warranty of no visible growth guarantee with the application of a mold preventative.
  • 10-year warranty of no visible growth guarantee with an encapsulation and annual dehumidifier service agreement.

If it comes back, we’ll clean it.

Non-wood materials (sump pumps, fans, carbon fiber, etc.) carry the manufacturer’s warranty only.

USR covers installation quality only.

If failure occurs, we can assist, but no warranty is provided beyond the manufacturer.

No Warranty is provided on wood due to environmental factors outside our control.

  • Not covered:
    • Insects
    • Water damage
    • Mold or microbial growth
    • Modifications

Any modifications to USR repairs or installations void the warranty. Environmental factors outside of USR’s control are not covered. USR does not provide financial compensation for the damages, only repair/replacement of warrantied work.

To secure our customers’ peace of mind, United Structural Repair offers a 25 year warranty on all of structural and foundational solutions. This is in addition to any manufacturers’ warranties on the equipment.

Our warranty also comes with unlimited transfers for 25 years.
